User Experience Should Be Obvious
It may not always be obvious to people with disabilities if they run into problems with a website if the frustration is due to accessibility compliance errors or usability problems. If someone can’t figure out how to use the site they may assume it is inaccessible even if it is technically compliant. Take away the guess work and build a usable website.
